Breakfast:
Full breakfast served ensuite, at guests’ leisure. Gourmet breakfasts are served in season with a menue which is varied on a daily basis and incorporates fresh products from local Niagara's farms. Breakfast begins with fruit juice, fresh fruits, youghurt parfais or smoothies and fruit shakes and it is followed by varying hot eggs dishes like omelets, frittatas, quiches, backed sandviches, french toasts, sweet home baked breads, fruit pancakes, crepes, fruit muffins. European home cooked and home baked goods are our speciality. Both eat-in kitchenettes are equiped with coffee makers, kettles, coffee and tea makings. Special dietary needs gladly accommodated, with prior notice.
