our policy
• A valid credit card information provided on
the phone will be required to confirm reservation. Once
the reservation is confirmed you will receive a Confirmation
Letter, by email or by mail, as you prefer.
• Your credit card has secured your reservation;
however, full cash or cheque payment would be preferred.
• Total rate is due upon arrival.
• Well behaved children of any age are welcome,
but please note, our B&B is not able to provide
any child-oriented or child-care facilities. Please
inquire.
We are true pets’ lovers but because we are concerned
about the other guest too, we can accept only well behaved
and small pets when we don’t have other guests
in house. Please inquire.
Smoking outside only.
• You have up till two weeks before the scheduled
date of arrival to cancel your reservation without penalty.
• If you cancel within the two weeks, but not
less than 4 days before the scheduled date of arrival,
half of the total rate is due.
If cancellation is made within 4 days of the scheduled
date of arrival the total rate is due.
• Check-in time: 3pm.
• Early check-in may be arranged, if available.
• If you are delayed significantly, we would appreciate
a call to reassure us that you will arrive.
• Check-out time: 11 am.
• Later check-out may be arranged, if available.
